What are your shipping cost?
All shipping costs vary depending on weight and final destination. The shippping will be determined at the processing of your order. If you have any questions concerning your order, please contact us and we'll be glad to help you.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions. US & Canada, as well as Europe can expect regular shipping. For more information on specific destinations, or any questions concerning your order, please contact us.
Do you have a return policy?
For most of our orders, we don't offer returns, eccept for damaged goods. All of our products are hand-made, not from a factory line. Our designs are exclusive, made one-by-one, some even made-to-order. If you are dissatisfied with yourorder, please contact us and we will be glad to help you.
Are there made-to-order requests?
Yes, in fact, most if not all our designs, which you see on store, can be made-to-order. Regular order are fulfilled between 5-7 business days. Made-to-order requests have to be knitted, which takes between 4 -6 weeks to finish. For special quantities, submit a request to us: here we'll make sure you get you want.
Is everything on store hand-made?
Everything you see on store is hand-made. All our articles are hand-crafted by our skillfull artisans. None of our products come from a factory-line, but we work personally with our knitters in every item.
